Job Description

Seeking alternative track associate with at least one year of patent prosecution experience with a mechanical engineering background working in a law firm environment. A bachelor?s degree (or graduate degree) preferably in electrical engineering, but a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related area will be considered. Experience with display technologies (e.g., LCD, OLED, etc.) or rechargeable battery technologies (e.g., for electric vehicles) would be a plus. It is required that you prepare for, take, and pass the patent bar exam either prior to you joining the firm or during your first 12 months from the date of hire. Morgan Lewis is not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.
