Integration Support Executive

• Provide technical support to clients during software integration processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technical support or client-facing role, with at least 2-3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of software integration processes and APIs.
• Experience with troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with integration tools and technologies (e.g., middleware, ETL tools) is a plus.
• Should have working knowledge of payment systems.
