We are seeking an experienced Integrated Systems and Software Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for our clients on various integrated systems and software platforms. You will work closely with our clients to understand their training needs and develop customized training solutions to meet those needs. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure their successful implementation and use of the systems and software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to assess their training needs and develop customized training plans.
• Design and develop training materials, including presentations, user guides, and training manuals.
• Deliver training programs to clients, both in-person and remotely.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure their successful implementation and use of the systems and software.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in integrated systems and software to continuously enhance training programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and improve training materials and processes.
• Track and report on training program effectiveness and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for integrated systems and software.
• Strong knowledge of various integrated systems and software platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
