We are looking for an Intake Specialist to join our team! This person will play a vital role in greeting and assisting new clients as their first point of contact and offering them a warm and professional introduction to our firm.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct initial client intake calls in both English and Spanish , gathering case details, client information, and required documents.
Ensure clear and empathetic communication to make clients feel supported and understood.
Maintain detailed case notes in our case management system.
Address client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client intake is required.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to actively listen to clients.
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Tech savvy and good typing skills is a plus.

Compensation : $20-$25 hourly + bonus eligibility
