Our Solution:
Developers and owners no longer need to run building wiring or install in-unit hardware. • Internal Sage Intacct Expert: Serve as the go-to Sage Intacct expert for internal teams, troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and ensuring smooth post-implementation operations.
• User Management: Provide support and guidance for user management, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Intacct to align with business requirements, including developing workflows, scripts and automations.
• Improve System Efficiency: Analyze processes, risks, and controls related to Intacct to identify improvement opportunities, recommend actions that are pragmatic and achievable, and partner with management to resolve deficiencies.
• Stakeholder Communication: Proactively engage with our Business Systems Owner, finance, accounting, sales operations and IT management to stay current with strategic initiatives that may impact the Intacct platform.
• Enhancement Testing: Ensure all new and/or modifications to interfaces between the ERP system, CRM, Warehouse Management System (WMS), Billing System and other external systems are evaluated, mapped, and tested for proper control and functionality.
• Technical Documentation: Establish and maintain detailed process documentation and workflows to ensure proper understanding of Intacct configuration, system interfaces and data flows.?
• Support Additional Financial Systems: Assist in the maintenance of 3rd party applications connected to Intacct, including Qstock (WMS) & HighRadius (Billing).
• Ensure SOX Requirements: Assist with coordination of user access reviews, monitoring controls, and SOC report assessments including providing guidance and recommendations to ensure compliance with corporate standards and SOX requirements.
• Data Management: Oversee data quality within Intacct, implementing rules, audits, and automation to maintain data integrity.
• System Maintenance: Proactively plan for security updates, maintenance, and performance monitoring to ensure optimal system functionality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Intacct
• Proven Intacct administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, custom objects, API calls, workflows, reports, and dashboards
• Experience creating custom reports and data analytics
• Experience gathering business requirements and enhancement requests
• Ability to communicate efficiently and cross functionally to tackle large complex projects
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies with a detailed understanding of SOX internal controls
• A problem-solver attitude, always looking for ways to optimize workflows and find workarounds when challenges arise
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with a team when needed
• Intacct Accounting Specialist or Implementation Specialist Certifications
• Background in process automation and system integrations
• Experience with Qstock or HighRadius
• Proven experience with leveraging AI tools in both professional and personal settings. ButterflyMX is an AI-forward organization and the ability to optimize efficiency using AI is crucial in every role.
