Insurance Transactional + Regulatory Associate

Troutman Pepper Locke is seeking an Associate to join our Insurance Transactional + Regulatory Practice Group. Candidates with experience in fund formation, investment management and/or broker-dealer regulation is required. Our Insurance Transactional + Regulatory team specializes in navigating the complex landscape of insurance laws, regulations, and corporate transactions. We provide strategic counsel to insurance companies, reinsurers, brokers, and other industry stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks while facilitating mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and innovative market entries. By combining deep legal expertise with industry insights, our team empowers clients to achieve their business objectives while mitigating risks in a highly regulated sector.
We are open to seeing applicants in all of our Troutman Pepper Locke offices but prefer this position to sit in our New York or Chicago locations.
The salary range for this position is $275,000 - $350,000 dependent on relevant years of experience.
