Requirements

• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.
• Offer comprehensive insurance solutions, including life insurance, retirement planning, and wealth protection, tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Identify and cultivate new prospects through referrals, networking, and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct thorough financial needs assessments to provide clients with informed recommendations.
• Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance policies are up-to-date and aligned with their evolving needs.
• Convert leads into clients by effectively communicating the value of insurance products and services.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and New York Life's ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Previous experience in sales or the Financial Services industry is a plus.
