Insurance Sales Agent

We are an Online Agency and are looking for a fun driven, highly motivated and ambitious people to join us on our journey. This is a scripted sales role, fast paced, outbound lead dialing, competitive base salary, generous commission structure.

What are we looking for?

• Expert in making outbound calls
• Comfortable with high call volumes
• Comfortable with using a script
• Diligent record keeping of lead progression and outcomes in Salesforce CRM system
• Fast & Efficient - Our business insurance quoting engine gives you an advantage over the competition - You will be able to quote, sell and issue a policy in as little as 10 minutes.
• Responsible- You will be expected to actively manage your leads pipeline, by making outbound calls, scheduling callbacks and recording notes.
• Quick learner & Open MindedOur insurance Carriers change and update guidelines for their products throughout, so we change and adapt with them through training/coaching/Feedback.

Requirements

• High School Degree or equivalent required, College Education Preferred
• Property and Casualty Insurance License is a must
• Sales experience
• Call center environment experience
• Cold calling / outbound dialing experience

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Required)
• Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
• P&C Insurance Sales: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• P&C Insurance License (Required)
