Requirements

• Develop and manage relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Provide expert guidance on life insurance products, including term, whole, and universal plans.
• Generate leads and secure new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
• Conduct comprehensive policy reviews and financial assessments to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and manage client portfolios effectively.
• Adhere to company and regulatory standards in all sales practices.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Willingness to obtain necessary licensing to sell insurance (sponsored by New York Life).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
