Job Responsibilties Analyze insurance policies for coverage issues Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights, and disclaimer letters Provide recommendations on coverage strategy Draft pleadings and discovery in coverage litigation Take and defend depositions in coverage matters Why Kaufman Dolowich? Admission to the Florida Bar as well as the Southern District of Florida and Middle District of Florida First-party Florida. 2+ years of first-party property insurance coverage experience experience, in the context of construction defect claims is preferred preferred. Superior legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills skills. Exceptional attention to detail detail. Strong organizational and time management skills skills.
