Insurance Coverage Associate

Traub Lieberman Straus & Shrewsberry is seeking an attorney Insurance Coverage Associate with 0-3 3-7 years of experience for its downtown St. Petersburg, Florida office. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with Insurance Defense Litigation commercial general liability and Complex Litigation, excellent professional liability insurance coverage issues, including independent case management, preparing coverage opinions and coverage position letters, drafting pleadings and motions, and attending mediations and case management conferences/court hearings. The successful candidate must possess exceptional research and writing skills, be a well-organized self-starter, and prior be able to manage tasks and deadlines independently.
