Job Description

Cozen O?Connor seeks a senior associate with 5-8 years of experience to join the firm's Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions and coverage position letters regarding third-party liability matters, including general liability and professional liability. The candidate will also have experience with complex coverage litigation, first-party coverage issues, fraud, and bad faith claims. The candidate will have litigation experience, including taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions. Strong research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials are required. Admission to Pennsylvania Bar required.
