The biggest responsibility of an Instructor is to ensure his/her students (Team Members) master the information being presented. It is the duty of the instructor to deliver information clearly and effectively with a high level of energy to keep the students engaged.Some common job duties of the Instructorinclude:

• Establishing key objectives for courses given
• Creating curriculum that accomplishes the set objectives
• Developing a syllabus that outlines topics that will be explored
• Making lesson plans that describe how information will be presented
• Giving lectures and organizing activities to present material and deepen understanding of coursework
• Answering Team Member questions and providing support to help them succeed

Requirements

• Bilingual: English and Spanish Required
• Goal Oriented
• Skilled in Training & Development
• Prior Experience in a Leadership or Supervisory Role
• Ability to Communicate clearly and effectively
• Expert in handling conflict and problem solving
• Talented in Team Building and Motivating
• High Energy to keep students/Team Members engaged

• 8 hour shift
