About the Stealth Startup:

It is a W Health-incubated startup, pioneering India's first medicine-led weight loss program. Our mission is to provide sustainable weight loss solutions by seamlessly integrating medical expertise, medicinal innovation, and dedicated health coaching on a single platform. We are looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our interdisciplinary team and play a key role in transforming lives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deep understanding of the service lines and offerings
  2. Proactively source and prospect new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls or WhatsApp interactions.
  3. Identify and understand customer requirements to recommend the most suitable services.
  4. Employ a consultative approach to pitch services, address queries, and provide accurate assurance, ensuring ethical selling practices.
  5. Successfully close sales while consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  6. Provide post-sales support, including managing repeat business, cross-selling, and ensuring customer retention.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the CRM/EHR systems.
  8. Generate daily reports and actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of inside sales experience (health-care / wellness / clinics / B2C medical platforms)
  • Track record of over-achieving targets
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialling 50-100+ calls per day
  • Experience with CRM required (Zoho preferred)
  • Excellent verbal, written and oral skills
  • Strong listening, empathy and presentation skills
  • Self-motivation, multi-tasking, prioritisation
  • Good and stable internet connection when working from home
  • Full competency in spoken and written English.
