Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative at OneTouch Direct , you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, utilizing both inbound and outbound sales techniques to meet targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales calls and follow-up communications with potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and targets.
• Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales progress.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in a call center or inside sales environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and drive sales conversations.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
