As an Inside Sales Representative at OneTouch Direct , you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, utilizing both inbound and outbound sales techniques to meet targets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales calls and follow-up communications with potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and targets.
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales progress.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a call center or inside sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and drive sales conversations.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
