About the role Job DescriptionIksha Labs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Representative . The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by connecting with potential customers, developing and executing strategies to generate and qualify leads, as well as build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. This is a full-time on-site role that requires proactive engagement, strategic thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Handle the complete end-to-end sales cycle
- Connecting with potential customers to understand their needs
- Employing solution-oriented sales techniques
- Achieve sales targets through effective deal closure
- Nurture and manage relationships with senior client executives
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the organisation's solutions and competitive landscape
- 7+ years of experience in inside sales, consistently exceeding targets for SaaS product sales
- Proven track record of converting both inbound and outbound leads into long-term customers
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and sales automation platforms
- Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, product positioning, and B2B sales cycles
- Skilled in consultative selling, lead qualification, objection handling, and closing high-value deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at negotiation and relationship building
- Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients across various industries
- Collaborative team player with experience working alongside marketing, product, and customer success teams
- Adaptable and self-driven in fast-paced, high-growth environments with aggressive sales goals
- Proven track record of sales in a startup or a mid-sized company, preferably in SaaS or Software Services Industry.
- Deep understanding of SaaS Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, benchmarks, and processes
- Track record of leading and expanding global inbound sales development teams (over 20 members)
- Ability to foster alignment and collaboration across sales and marketing teams
- Preferably, awareness of industry trends in enterprise digital transformation, business process management, and HR technology landscape
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
