Inside Sales - Rental Equipment

Are you a friendly and outgoing individual with a knack for sales? Join our team at 1 Resource Group as an Inside Sales Representative for our Rental Equipment client in Southeast Houston, TX ! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers looking to rent equipment, and your mission will be to provide exceptional service while meeting their needs.

• Assist customers with inquiries about rental equipment, guiding them through the selection process.
• Provide quotes and ensure an accurate order process including rental contracts, pricing, and availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers to maximize repeat business.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of equipment.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback with a positive attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and equipment to provide informed recommendations.

• A friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in inside sales, preferably in rental equipment or related industries.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Requirements

Requirements:
High school Diploma or GED Required

Knowledge of fluid solutions-related products and applications are preferred
Strong sales and customer service skills
Proficiency with MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
Keen attention to detail and diligent attention to safety
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
