Cole, Scott & Kissane seeks an attorney with 3-5 5-9 years of experience to work in a practice group that handles both bodily injury defense and maritime law.

Responsibilities:

Take and defend depositions
Draft and argue dispositive motions
Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
Perform legal research and provide analysis of case law
Prepare pleadings and correspondence
Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
Provide exemplary legal counsel to clients

Qualifications:

Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar
Must have 3-5 years of experience defending bodily injury matters
Prior experience in maritime law is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
