Infusion Insurance Collector

Innovative Ventures is seeking Full-Time Infusion Insurance Collector that will assist the Reimbursement Supervisor with the collections process for all MIDC branches. This role will take place at the corporate headquarters in Burr Ridge, IL .

Schedule: M-F

Duties :

1) Assist Reimbursement Supervisor in collecting intake information, verifying insurance benefits, and negotiating insurance payment rates as necessary for all new patients

2) Perform insurance and billing functions for all branches
3) Provide explanation of charges as necessary to payers and patients
4) Monitor unbillables and provide status reports to the Reimbursement Supervisor
5) Work billed revenue over 45 day via insurance portals and calling insurance co regarding denied claims
6) Provide appropriate documentation with all printed claims
7) Review Clearing House for claim rejections / errors
8) Other duties and tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Required
• Cerner and CPR + (software) experience is a plus
