Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Infra Expert to join our team and provide top-notch infrastructure solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust IT infrastructure that supports our business operations and enhances system performance and reliability. You will take the lead on analyzing existing systems, identifying improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Location: Various locations including Bangalore, Coimbatore, Delhi NCR, and Mumbai.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, and networking.
- Analyze current infrastructure performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Oversee troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of infrastructure-related issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams to define and implement infrastructure best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure architecture, configurations, and procedures.
- Install and configure hardware, operating systems, and applications as needed.
- Monitor and support data center operations including backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Identify security vulnerabilities and implement appropriate solutions to safeguard the infrastructure.
- Keep updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to IT infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with server hardware, virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
- Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell) and automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar) are a plus.
- Experience with database systems and storage solutions.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
- B.Tech, M.Tech or MCA preferred.
