Position Summary As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll apply your hands-on expertise to keep our equipment, systems, and production environment running smoothly and safely. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make an impact. What You?ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and welding systems
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components, including control systems
• Assemble, disassemble, clean, lubricate, and replace machine parts
• Weld and repair structures, machinery, tanks, valves, and sheet metal
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Ensure all maintenance work meets OSHA and safety standards
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and equipment
• Communicate with supervisors regarding repairs beyond scope

Requirements Minimum Qualifications

• Technical certification in Industrial Maintenance or related field
• High School Diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of electrical systems
• Valid driver?s license
• Eligible to work in the United States

Preferred:

• At least two (2) years of industrial or facility maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of welding
• Bilingual Spanish

Physical Requirements

• Regular standing, walking, and use of hands in repetitive motions
• Frequent reaching above shoulder level
• Occasional stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs
• Ability to work around moving mechanical parts, chemicals, fumes, and varying noise levels
• Work environments ranging from 35? to 95?+ Fahrenheit

Work Environment

• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and a 10:00PM Start time
