Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our growing organization in Gurgaon . This position is responsible for managing transition calls and stabilizing the process in addition to overseeing day-to-day production activities.

Qualification / Eligibility

The applicant must meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree or highe (accredited) in Statistics, Econometrics, Applied MathematicsComputer Science or similar area of study
• Minimum graduate in any stream (Post-graduation is a plus).
• Willing to work in any business shift ? Fixed, Rotational, and Night Shifts .
• Actively participates in day-to-day production and has a strong grasp of process knowledge.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Demonstrates role maturity and a strong understanding of process workflows .
• Proven work experience and exposure to key skills.
• Excellent communication skills ? Strong in both written and spoken communication; must be a good listener and open to feedback .
• Demonstrates self-confidence and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
