The In Room Dining and Events/Programming Set UpAttendant is responsible for delivery of orders to guest rooms, preparing orders for delivery, and setting up and breaking down all meeting spaces with tables/chairs/water, etc. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position.

Qualifications:

This position requires open availability - must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Customer service and food handling experience preferred.

Related experience working in Hotels, Convention Centers, Warehouses, etc. is preferred

Good communication and comprehension skills

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

Set-up and teardown of the meeting and event rooms as outlined by the Event Order.

Maintain venue including vacuuming floors, cleaning walls, windows and mirrors.

Proper care, movement, storage of all equipment such as tables, chairs, risers, dance floor, etc.

Ability to lift, push, pull and carry a moderate amount of weight on a consistent basis, up to 100 pounds.

Must be able to bend, stoop and climb.

Must be able to work on feet for extended periods of time.

Must be able to operate a golf cart.
