What You'll Do

Support the launch and operational setup of new Aidaly markets.
Assist with caregiver onboarding workflows, compliance documentation, and credentialing.
Coordinate local community partnerships and event activations.
Solve problems and remove blockers for fast-paced launches.
Travel 1-2x a month with the CEO or VP to support local teams.
You'll do a little of everything - Great place to start to learn the whole business!

Requirements

Who You Are

24 years experience in operations, project management, or startup roles.
Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-driven.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
Passionate about empowering caregivers and families.

Flexible- Part-time to Full-time Position
