About the Role We're hiring an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects and ensure successful client onboarding, deployment, and adoption. This role combines:

• technical project management
• client-facing consulting
• system configuration
• process optimization
• implementation execution

You'll work directly with clients to deploy software solutions, configure workflows, migrate data, manage integrations, and drive long-term adoption. This is not a passive coordination role.

What You'll Own End-to-End SaaS Implementations

• Manage the complete implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live
• Build implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and rollout strategies
• Ensure projects are delivered:
• on time
• within scope
• with high client satisfaction
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders throughout deployment

Client Consulting & Process Optimization

• Analyze client workflows and operational processes
• Identify implementation requirements and business objectives
• Recommend scalable SaaS configurations and best practices
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and workflows
• Guide clients through implementation decisions and change management

System Configuration & Workflow Automation

• Configure SaaS platforms based on client requirements
• Customize:

• Ensure systems align with business goals and operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot implementation and configuration issues

Data Migration & Integrations

• Manage data migration projects from legacy systems
• Validate and ensure data accuracy and completeness

• Support platform connectivity and operational syncing across systems
• Identify and resolve migration or integration risks proactively

Training, Adoption & Client Enablement

• Deliver onboarding sessions and end-user training
• Create adoption plans and rollout strategies

• Ensure clients are fully enabled and confident post-launch

Project Management & Delivery

• Maintain project trackers, timelines, and implementation dashboards

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Conduct implementation testing and validation
