Immigration Paralegal

Office Locations: Chicago We have an opening for an Immigration Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of in-depth business/employment immigration experience. It is a collaborative group where you have plenty of opportunity and responsibility. This position will provide exposure to a variety of cases and you'll have overall responsibility for case preparation and communications for client relationships. Responsibilities: Create drafts, perform revisions, prepare detailed forms, documents, letters, exhibits, and other related materials as needed for primarily employment-based immigration processes Communicate with clients and employees by e-mail, telephone, and through our case management system. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of in-depth business/employment immigration experience. Specific experience with preparing PERM Labor Certifications, H-1Bs, and L-1s. Bachelor's degree required. Excellent organizational, communications (oral & written), and analytical skills required.
