What You'll Do

Lead and Support a High-Performing Team

• Supervise and guide the Immigration Consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance performance and ensure quality service.
• Oversee daily operations to maintain efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and follow-ups.

Enhance Client Experience and Drive Growth

• Oversee client consultations to ensure appropriate service recommendations.
• Support consultants in refining sales techniques and building client relationships.
• Ensure accurate collection and processing of required documentation.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and improve client engagement.

Ensure Compliance and Operational Excellence

• Maintain strict adherence to immigration regulations and confidentiality policies.
• Monitor documentation and communications to prevent unauthorized referrals.
• Establish clear protocols for case discussions and data security.
• Optimize department processes to improve efficiency in case management and contract processing.

Develop and Train Your Team

• Conduct regular training sessions on immigration laws, sales strategies, and client service.
• Provide hands-on coaching through one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.
• Lead case analysis discussions to ensure best practices in case management.

Maintain Financial Integrity and Quality Standards
