Immigration Attorney

We are seeking a full-time, qualified attorney with 3+ years of experience, primarily in business immigration law, to join our Employment Practice Group. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Experience in employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visas, I-9 filings and E-Verify, as well as immigration audits and raids, is essential. Excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills are required.

What You'll Do: As an Immigration Attorney at BrownWinick Law Firm, you will have the opportunity to manage a wide range of immigration-related legal matters within the employment space. You will be responsible for advising clients on business immigration processes, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and supporting businesses with immigration audits and workforce authorization matters. This is a client-facing role that requires both legal expertise and an understanding of the intersection between immigration law and employment practices.

You'll work closely with our Employment Practice Group and assist in developing strategies that align with the firm?s priorities. Your contributions will help clients navigate complex immigration challenges while providing comprehensive, strategic legal support.
