Job Description
We are looking for a Director to create and oversee a new IDD/DDD program in New Jersey. This position will include building a IDD residential program from the ground up including obtaining licensure from the state of New Jersey, drafting policies and procedures for the program to stay compliant and aiding with finding potential residential homes for clients.
Relevant experience and a bachelor's degree is a must. The person must have had experience with independent oversight of multiple Residential Habilitation homes in their past positionfor all aspects of the program.
Experience with overseeing previous IDD/DDD programs is required. The right candidate will have a combination of management and knowledge of New Jersey IDD programs.
The Director will work directly with senior management and will have responsibility for managing all operational aspects and growing the Residential Habilitation program.
This position is not hybrid, so the right candidate will need to be comfortable with commuting to our office in Cherry Hill/potential resident homes.
