Job Description
Mini Melts of America is an established leader in cryogenically frozen ice cream. As a company, we are dedicated to providing a unique and memorable ice cream experience. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Ice Cream Scoopers.
As an Ice Cream Scooper, you will be responsible for:
- Scooping and serving Mini Melts ice cream to customers
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for each customer
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the ice cream station
- Restocking ice cream inventory as needed
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
Qualified candidates should have:
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 20 pounds
- Valid Driver's license
