Job Description

Education

Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in IBM BPM development
Must have good experience of developing complex processes
Must have experience in developing End to End solution
Must have good experience on consuming REST APIs

Technical Skills

Should be expert in IBM BPM 8.6 UI framework
Should be experienced in CSHS and integration services
Should be experienced with BPD design
Should have knowledge on process application deployments
Should have experience on Oracle RDBMS and integration with IBM BPM
Advance knowledge on events and gateways
Should have knowledge on ODM and integration with BPM
Should be expert in exception handelling at process and service level.

Functional Skills

Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred
Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices
Experience in Agile methodology
Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization
Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies

Soft Skills

Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectivenessby sharing deep knowledge and experience.
Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization
Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
