We are looking for a highly motivated IAM (Identity and Access Management) Analyst with 37 years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting identity and access governance solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ , HLDs/LLDs, and a strong understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks. You will play a critical role in defining, implementing, and optimizing access controls to ensure secure and compliant identity management across the organization.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ .
• Prepare and maintain High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation for IAM processes, solutions, and integrations.
• Analyze business requirements to define roles and entitlements in alignment with RBAC models.
• Conduct regular role mining and access reviews to refine and enhance RBAC implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with enterprise systems and applications.
• Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate IAM functionality and performance.
• Assist in provisioning/de-provisioning workflows, user access reviews, certification campaigns, and policy enforcement.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IAM systems and ensure timely resolution of access-related issues.
• Support compliance and audit initiatives by providing accurate access reports and evidence of control effectiveness.
• Provide expert-level support for SailPoint IdentityIQ upgrades, enhancements, and patching activities.
• Develop custom rules, policies, and connectors as required for specific IAM use cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 37 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) , specifically with SailPoint IdentityIQ .
• Proven experience with writing and reviewing HLDs and LLDs for IAM implementations.
• Strong understanding of RBAC principles and experience in designing and managing role-based access models.
• Experience in testing methodologies, particularly SIT and UAT , within IAM project life cycles.
• Familiarity with integration of IAM tools with directory services (LDAP/AD), cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Good understanding of security and compliance requirements in large enterprise environments.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SailPoint IdentityIQ Certification or equivalent IAM tool certifications.
• Exposure to scripting languages such as Beanshell, PowerShell, or Java for customizing IAM solutions.
• Knowledge of other IAM tools and frameworks is a plus.
