HVAC Technician

We, Global Life Science Hub, are recruiting on behalf of a global leader in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, seeking a highly skilled HVAC/BMS Operator for their advanced New Jersey facility. This site is integral to the company's cutting-edge production operations, and this role is crucial for maintaining the precise environmental conditions required for quality and compliance.

As an HVAC/BMS Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining the facility's HVAC and Building Management Systems. Your role will ensure that environmental conditions meet stringent regulatory and operational standards, supporting seamless and efficient biopharmaceutical production.

• Operate and monitor HVAC and BMS controls, ensuring stable temperature, humidity, and ventilation levels throughout the facility.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues to prevent downtime and maintain high operational standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems, ensuring all equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address complex repairs or system optimizations.
• Maintain detailed records of system performance, inspections, and adjustments to support regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

• Proven experience with HVAC and BMS operations, ideally within a pharmaceutical, biomanufacturing, or highly regulated environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and BMS software.
• Detail-oriented and compliance-focused, with a strong commitment to safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to act swiftly in high-pressure situations.
• A team-oriented mindset, able to collaborate effectively with engineering and maintenance teams.
