In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our residents by maintaining and repairing HVAC systems to the highest standards.
As an HVAC Technician at Banyan Living, you will be tasked with a diverse range of responsibilities, including troubleshooting, servicing, and installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout our properties. Your technical expertise will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities and the well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on HVAC systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and emergency repairs as required.
- Install new HVAC units and components while adhering to safety protocols.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work and repairs.
- Respond promptly to service requests from residents and management.
- Educate residents on proper HVAC system use and maintenance.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC program preferred.
- Current HVAC technician certification or license is mandatory.
- A minimum of two years of experience in residential HVAC maintenance or repair.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with various HVAC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to handle the demands of the job, including lifting equipment.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
