Carrier Rental Systems is seeking a motivated, energetic, customer-focused individual to join the organization as a HVAC Technician to support our Arlington/Dallas Rentals Depot.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver, troubleshoot, and clean HVAC rental equipment and related products, including but not limited to air-cooled and water-cooled systems up to 1,000 tons and Hot water boilers up to 200 hp.

Maintain, service, and install rental systems on commercial, Industrial, and residential jobs.

Maintain accurate field service reports, including refrigerant tracking and timekeeping logs.

Regular use of power tools, hand tools, and other mechanical equipment to service and repair rental systems as needed.

Operate equipment, vehicles, including forklifts.

Load and unload trucks.

Communicate professionally with coworkers, subcontractors, and customers.

Perform other duties to support the business as needed, including inventory count, general maintenance, cleaning, lifting, and organizing.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Valid Driver's License

EPA 608 Universal license

3+ years of Commercial HVAC experience, including servicing, troubleshooting, and cleaning heating and cooling equipment.

HVAC and Chiller experience

1+ year experience with the Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree or HVAC technical certification

HVAC Rentals experience

Forklift Certification or the ability to obtain one with Carrier vendor
