Role Overview:

As an HVAC/BMS Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining the facility's HVAC and Building Management Systems. Your role will ensure that environmental conditions meet stringent regulatory and operational standards, supporting seamless and efficient biopharmaceutical production.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor HVAC and BMS controls, ensuring stable temperature, humidity, and ventilation levels throughout the facility.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues to prevent downtime and maintain high operational standards.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems, ensuring all equipment is operating safely and efficiently.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience with HVAC and BMS operations, ideally within a pharmaceutical, biomanufacturing, or highly regulated environment.
