Our client, a prominent leader in the marketing and technology integration sector, is looking for an experienced and skilled HR Manager to join their dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona. The HR Manager will be a key player in managing diverse HR functions, ensuring compliance with U.S. labor regulations, and fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of talent management, employee relations, and HR best practices, combined with the ability to navigate complex organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Labor Law Compliance: Ensure full compliance with U.S. federal and state labor laws (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, EEO), address employee relations concerns, and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: Lead recruitment initiatives, develop talent strategies, and design competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top-tier talent.
  • Employee Benefits & Compensation: Oversee U.S.-specific employee benefits programs (e.g., medical, dental, vision) and create compensation packages that align with industry benchmarks and organizational objectives.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Champion DEI efforts by crafting policies and programs that promote an inclusive and equitable workplace culture.
  • Change Management: Guide employees through organizational transitions, fostering adaptability and maintaining a positive workplace environment.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 15 HR professionals across key functions, including business partnering, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated expertise in team leadership, talent management, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRMS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to build effective interpersonal relationships.
  • Analytical Skills: A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and utilize insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
