Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, including coaching managers on conducting performance reviews and developing improvement plans.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for critical roles within the organization.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with at least 2-4 years of experience in human resources.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work strategically and provide HR solutions that meet business needs.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using HR metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.
