Job Description

We're looking for a proactive, hands-on HSE Specialist to join the team at AERONES. This is a chance to build on your career in renewables while helping drive a strong, practical safety culture across our operations.

</strong> Requirements Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site HSE audits, inspections, and tower climbs to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and support toolbox talks, safety briefings, and emergency drills (tower rescue, first aid, fire response).
  • Monitor compliance with PPE use, working at heights, LOTO, and environmental controls.
  • Act as a visible HSE presence both in the field and office, promoting teamwork and a strong safety culture.
  • Investigate incidents to determine root causes, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate HSE documentation, records, and reporting for audits and management.
  • Collaborate with Field Managers and cross-functional teams to identify risks and drive practical solutions. </li></ul> Requirements:
