The HR Manager will play a critical role in providing strategic HR guidance to the organization, managing employee relations, developing HR policies and procedures, overseeing recruitment efforts, and ensuring HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure HR compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance employee engagement and retention

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment processes and employee relations effectively
  • PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
