Eminence Home Care is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance support. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing company committed to providing high-quality home care services.


Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
  • Provide support in employee relations matters, addressing employee concerns, and identifying resolutions in collaboration with management.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention and workplace culture.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and employment laws to ensure compliance within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and other compliance requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
