The Housekeeping Supervisor is an entry-level leadership position in the department and can be ideal for someone with the desire to grow into management.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: creating and distributing daily tasks to the team, training and coaching, payroll, scheduling, reviewing guest surveys and other metrics, inventory, working with guests on lost and found items, and verifying completion of work at the end of the day.
This person will have daily items to complete as well as projects and will follow up on needs of the Housekeeping team.
The Supervisor must have the flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings, any day of the week including on weekends and holidays.
The hourly rate for this position is $22.00, increasing to $22.50 after six months.

Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Hotel or cleaning experience is preferred
Detail-oriented in order to meticulously follow Hyatt cleanliness standards
Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills and highly motivated
Sincere ability to care for people so they can be their best
Ability to lift, pull, and push at least 25 lbs.
