Host-Fine Dining

Urbana Country Club is seeking friendly and professional individuals to join our team of Hosts. As a Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring they have a warm and welcoming experience at our Club.

Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, coordinating with the wait staff, and maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Implementation of the 3 steps of service to our members and their guests--warm welcomes, magic moments and fond farewells

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Proficiency in computer systems

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Positive attitude and team player mentality
