• Provide one?on?one nursing care in the comfort of patients? homes
• Complete assessments, develop care plans, and deliver high?quality clinical care
• Educate patients and families to support independence and confidence
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and your care team to ensure seamless care
• Document visits accurately and timely using our user?friendly EMR
• Support patients through recovery, chronic condition management, and health maintenance

Requirements What You'll Bring

• Active RN license
• Strong clinical judgment and a caring, patient?centered approach
• Home health experience is a plus, but not required ? we?re happy to train the right nurse
• Comfort with technology and electronic documentation
• A positive attitude, great communication skills, and a genuine love for helping others
• Reliable transportation and a desire to make a difference in your community
