AdvisaCare is a fast-paced, established Home Health / Medicare Agency seeking Skilled Registered Nurses (RN) to provide care and service to our patients in the Manistee/Beulah/Copemish and surrounding areas with our Traverse City location being your home office with the Parent Agency located in Charlevoix, MI.

OASIS Experienced Registered Nurse Skilled visits available! LPN Skilled Visits also available, working under the RN!

With your Nursing Knowledge and Task Skills, every day is new and different. We make a real difference in the health and safety of our patients. Wound Care, including Wound Vacs, Drains & Tubes, All Ostomies, Traches, Catheters, Plurex drains and even LVADs. Getting to know your patients, doing one-on-one education with them and their caregivers, coordination with all of the members of the Home Health Team - it's a holistic and patient driven approach that we just don't see in facilities.

Requirements

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Minimum one (1) year of Home Health nursing experience preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills to provide care to and communicate with all ages of the population
• Updated Tuberculin (TB) test and current CPR certification required
• Clear Criminal History/Drug Screen
• Compassionate and caring demeanor, with a professional presentation at all times
• Ability to travel within service area of AdvisaCare (approximately a 30 mile radius from your home)
• Critical thinking, task competence and the ability to think on your feet is needed.
