Job Description for Registered Nurse
- Case Opening Assessments
- Knowledge of OASIS - experience preferred - willing to train someone with Hospice experience
- Medication set up and reconciliation
- Wound care visits
- Supervisory and nurse visits
- Timely paperwork completion that meets DOH Compliance Standards
- Must be willing to travel within our main coverage area
- Positive team player who will also advocate for our clients and their needs
Requirements
- Current NV State Registered Nurse License, TB test, CPR
- Clear Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, organized with good time management skills
- Reliable transportation, NV Driver's License & Auto Insurance
- Experience with Wounds, Assessments, Medication set-up & Management
- Current and reliable cell phone and must be easily reachable
