AdvisaCare is seeking Home Health Registered Nurses to join our Home Health Skilled Community in Las Vegas - Henderson NV and surrounding area to come in for an in person interview at our office location. Must hold an active Nevada state Registered Nurse License.

Job Description for Registered Nurse

Case Opening Assessments
Knowledge of OASIS - experience preferred - willing to train someone with Hospice experience
Medication set up and reconciliation
Wound care visits
Supervisory and nurse visits
Timely paperwork completion that meets DOH Compliance Standards
Must be willing to travel within our main coverage area
Positive team player who will also advocate for our clients and their needs

Requirements

Current NV State Registered Nurse License, TB test, CPR
Clear Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, organized with good time management skills
Reliable transportation, NV Driver's License & Auto Insurance
Experience with Wounds, Assessments, Medication set-up & Management
Current and reliable cell phone and must be easily reachable
