AdvisaCare is an established Home Health / Medicare Agency seeking Skilled Registered Nurses (RN) to provide Ostomy Visits for our patients
We have need in the following Area
Genesee County & Lapeer County

Requirements
- Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum one (1) year of Home Health nursing experience (preferred but not required)
- Graduated from an accredited WOC nursing education program
- Prior work experience as Wound/ Ostomy consult RN working with interdisciplinary health care team members
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills to provide competent, compassionate care to all ages of the population
- Strong communication skills both verbal & written
- Updated Tuberculin (TB) test and current CPR certification required
- Clear Criminal History/Drug Screen
- Compassionate and caring demeanor, excellent communication skills ability to think critically
- Ability to travel within service area of AdvisaCare as needed
