Job Description

Home Care Sales Executive Responsibilities:

Drive referral growth by developing relationships with hospital discharge staff including social workers and RN case managers, area Rehabs and Physicians.
Represent the agency at community and healthcare events
Work closely with branch administration and clinical operations to ensure patient/client satisfaction

Requirements

Established referral relationships for home care patients. Private pay preferred.
2+ years home care sales
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Experience working with sales CRM software

Compensation:

Base salary plus significant commission
