Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a management role within health care or home care
• Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and promote a positive team environment
• Proficient in computer applications and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
