KR Solar is calling motivated, self-driven individuals like you to join our expanding Field Sales team. We're not looking for just anyonewe want future leaders. Our door-to-door sales representatives work directly with homeowners, helping them freeze their electricity bills and save big. And here's the kicker: no experience required . We'll train you from the ground up.

In this role, you'll dive deep into our 3 P'sPrice, Product, and Promotions. You'll learn our business inside and out, mastering the basics and setting yourself up for unlimited growth . Everyone in management? They all started here. We promote from within because we believe in growing leaders, not followers.

What you'll do:

• Knock doors, make connections, and build relationships.
• Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, and make it easy for them to say "yes."
• Lead clients through the decision-making process like a pro.
• Negotiate, close deals, and secure your own success .
• Build a referral network that keeps on giving.

No sales experience? No problem. If you?ve got the drive and are ready to learn, we?ve got the system to turn you into a top performer. Fluency in Spanish is a bonus, but it's not required. All you need is a driver's license, reliable transportation, and the hunger to win.
